PEX:

have developed the Wham Bam PEX Build Surface from a specially formulated polymer with a higher melt point than PEI that attracts most any filament without damaging the sheet. Prints easily pop off once cooled and flexed. Our PEX build surface is 0.35mm thick and pre-backed with 3M adhesive so it takes seconds to install.

Flex Kit includes: 

• 1  Wham Bam Flexi Magnetic Base (high temp-resistant up to 150 degrees with high temp 3M adhesive)

• 1 Flexi Plate with Pre-Installed PEX Build Surface

• 1 Steel Wool 000 (for prepping your PEX Build Surface)

Powder Painted

A stand alone texturedPEI Flexi Plate start with a premium 0.4mm high chromium spring steel, electrostatically powder painted with authentic ULTEM™ brand PEI from Sabic, and kiln-baked for exceptional durability. The Flexi Plate has a double-sided texture leaving a pronounced finish on the bottom of your print.

Compatible with the Wham Bam Magnetic Base (not included), this Flexi Plate is ideal for a variety of filaments, including PLA, TPU, PETG, and ABS. For additional adhesion with challenging materials like Nylon, use purple glue sticks or Magigoo, which wash off easily.

*for the CR-M4 you will either have to remove the two alignment screws at the rear of the build plate or mount the Flexi Plate 5 mm over the front of the bed.
