Return Policy for RepRap Warehouse
Effective Date: January 1st, 2025.
We aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy below outlines your options and responsibilities.
1. General Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for in-store purchases or the delivery date for online orders.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Items damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
-
3D printer filament and resin that has been opened or partially used.

Software or digital licenses once activated.
- Printers modified within the return window.

Custom-ordered or personalized products.

Clearance and final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
3. Return Process

In-Store Purchases:

Bring the item and your original receipt or proof of purchase to the store.

A staff member will assess the condition of the product and process your return if eligible.

Online Purchases:

Contact our customer service at support@reprapwarehouse.com to request a return process.

Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and a copy of the order.

Ship the item to the address provided with a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item. If the item is defective, the customer will have to pay for shipping and will be refunded the amount once the status of the product is evaluated by our support team.
4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit (case specific).

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error or defective product.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of 3D printers and accessories that are not defective or incorrect. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- There are fees associated to every transaction whether we fulfill them or they are cancelled. A cancellation fee of 10% may apply to orders placed in error and/or due to a change of heart to cover these fees. We are happy to provide a gift card for future purchases for 100% of the purchase value. Please reach out to support@reprapwarehouse.com to discuss the options.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, for faster processing.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
